On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with sofa bed (1 with terrace and walk-in wardrobe). There are 3 bathroom with shower/bathtub. In the basement there are the garage and the laundry room. Outside: shared stunning swimming pool (5mtx12mt) with sunchairs and sunshade, a private patio/garden with chairs, tables and barbecue for alfresco long lazy lunches and diners.
